Terms and conditions

The resort Résidences Le sommet de Port-Salut will become operational in October 2015. Upon joining the select vacations club, depending on the selected package, every year you will be entitled to one or several vacations week during nine (9) years. You will also have an automatic protection in case of delays in the availability date for your first week of vacation.

  1. Regardless of the selected package, for a delay of one (1) month, you will be entitled to an additional week free of charge during the first year of operation between October 2015 and November 2016.
  2. Regardless of the selected package, for a delay of two (2) months, you will be entitled to two additional weeks free of charge during the first year of operation between October 2015 and November 2016.
  3. Regardless of the selected package, for a delay of (3) months , you will be entitled to a full reimbursement of your membership fees, plus current interests at Canada Central Bank.

Paid membership fees for the select vacation club Résidences le Sommet de Port-Salut are secured by funds that have been blocked by the real estate developer, Frantzou Immobiliers Inc., at the Royal Bank of Canada (certificates # 306115262 and # 543331136) and at Scotia Bank (certificate # 44789452).

SVCRSPS Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation by SVCRSPS

The Select Vacation Club Résidences Le Sommet de Port-Salut (SVCRSPC) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the SVCRSPS.

If SVCRSPS refuses / cancels a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

  1. Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $50 service fee.
  2. Cancellations received after 14 days of registration and up to 120 days may be eligible to receive a refund of 65% of paid amount.
  3. Cancellations received after 120 days of registration and up to 240 days may be eligible to receive a refund of 50% of paid amount.
  4. Cancellations received after 240 days of registration and up to 365 days may be eligible to receive a refund of 25% of paid amount.
  5. Cancellations received after 365 days of registration will not be eligible for a refund.


Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All benefits and incentives received by member must be cancelled / returned to the SVCRSPS.

All refund requests must be made by the member.

Refund requests must include the name of the member, membership number and transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all SVCRSPS memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding welcome registration letter. Please read all information thoroughly.
